Our client, Klingel Mail Order, a large German retailer, had planned to phase out their legacy host system as part of their greenfield project and broader digitalisation strategy. However, just four months before the greenfield project’s go-live date, the crucial task of managing customer data for advertising material distribution had not yet been integrated into any ongoing project streams. As the deadline was getting closer, it became extremely important to find a solution for this crucial part of their marketing activities.
